It was Eric's birthday. He was happy to let me practice shooting while he read his weekly car rag. I was happy because I learned so much in this session. I mean, I got a much better sense of maneuvering through all the settings. Still so much to learn and improve on, but oh what a nice feeling. Depth of field, focus, aperture, ISO . . . then there is white balance, RAW vs. jpeg, action shots . . . whoa!
